Are you already a Certified Transformational Coach with experience in using the coaching tools in your professional and personal life? In the Coaching Internship Program you will keep building your professional coaching strengths and deepen the transformative tools you have.

Strengthen and deepen your coaching skills

The purpose of the Coaching Internship Program is for you to become effective at coaching in individual sessions and in groups. The internship will provide you consistency and a profound depth as a coach: you will deepen tools you learned at the Expert in Coaching and you will learn and practice new tools of coaching. Also you will become a master in enrolment in your coaching and in your personal and professional life. Next to learning new coaching skills to use with clients, you will be coached during the whole program, on your coaching skills and your personal and professional growth.

Program

The Coaching Internship is an 6-month theoretical and practical course to obtain advanced transformational coaching skills. During the program you will attend 6 Master Modules on different transformational topics on a Monthly Training Day.

Six half-day modules where you gain deeper knowledge and more tools on transformational coaching. Think about topics such as:

Practical and Theoretical Assignments to bring the theory from the modules to life. The assignments are designed to support continuous growth over the course of the 6-month program. These assignments help you actively apply and practice what you learn, ensuring your development as a coach in real-world situations.

A required reading list of books which illustrate and elaborate on key coaching distinctions.

Mentoring by a master coach to support you in achieving your own personal goals during the internship.

Practical Information

Time investment: The duration of the Internship is 6 months with 1 group session a month on Fridays from 10:00-15:00.
3 Individual coaching sessions during the program by a Master Coach.
Individual and Group Assignments in between the Friday Sessions.
After completion: Once finished the internship there are different possibilities. First of all, you may be hired by Gettinvolved as an individual leadership and business coach. Secondly, there is the opportunity to continue with a Trainer Internship, which prepares you to become a trainer of workshops (including business workshops) and Leadership Weekends, with the possibility of being hired by Gettinvolved as a trainer.
