School Programs:
Social-Emotional Learning
Education is the springboard for students into their future. In addition to knowledge and skills, this future demands self-awareness and social skills more than ever before. Knowing where your strengths lie and how to handle disappointments creates the leadership and resilience needed to find your place in a rapidly changing society where knowledge becomes outdated faster than ever. Standard education curricula primarily focus on cognitive skills and knowledge. However, it is precisely emotional skills that complete the picture. Who am I? What do I want? Why do I react the way I do? Who am I within a group? Do I dare to speak up, or should I hold my tongue for once? Being able to answer these questions gives children a foundation of self-confidence and self-worth that will strengthen their position in society.
The impact of our training programs
Our training programs are aimed at creating:
-
Insight into unique individual talents and obstacles.
-
A lasting, positive impact on students' self-esteem and self-confidence.
-
Safety & connection within the group and the classroom.
-
Greatly improved social skills and effective communication.
-
Motivation to take personal leadership over their own future.
Together, we create a safe foundation in which students learn to know themselves, dare to be themselves, and learn to be part of a team with the accompanying social skills.
