Knowing where your strengths lie and how to handle disappointments creates the leadership and resilience needed to find your place in a rapidly changing society where knowledge becomes outdated faster than ever. Standard education curricula primarily focus on cognitive skills and knowledge. However, it is precisely emotional skills that complete the picture. Who am I? What do I want? Why do I react the way I do? Who am I within a group? Do I dare to speak up, or should I hold my tongue for once? Being able to answer these questions gives children a foundation of self-confidence and self-worth that will strengthen their position in society.

In-depth workshop themes

Grief & Loss: Managing loss and challenging relationships (divorces, conflicts, life-changing events, etc.)
Growth Mindset: Dealing with academic pressure and the expectations of others as well as myself. Practicing and growing from mistakes (frustration tolerance).

Program options

No classroom is the same. That is why we always tailor the content of our training programs to the specific request, the educational level, and the group dynamics. Whether it is a first introduction or a long-term training program.

Theme-based training

Training focused on a specific topic as part of a theme week or citizenship education. 2–4 hours

In our training & coaching sessions, we work with transformative tools in the field of emotional intelligence, based on NLP, positive psychology, and experiential learning. By utilizing practical, interactive, and experiential exercises, we get students moving to increase their self-awareness, build connections, and demonstrate leadership.
