About our Foundation

In 2025, we established the Gettinvolved Foundation based on the belief: “the change you want to see in the world starts with yourself.” That is why we are committed to making a difference ourselves and leaving our mark.

With Gettinvolved Trainings BV:

In every Fundamentals Training, we offer two spots at a specially reduced rate for participants who do not have the financial means to pay the regular fee.
Social contribution is always an essential and integral part of our Leadership Trainings. We enable our participants to create an impact that goes beyond their own lives and contribute to society (see below for the charities we have supported in recent years).

With the Gettinvolved Foundation:

We carry out our own Gettinvolved Foundation projects, such as our “Project Pluryn” (see below).
We support specific groups who cannot afford our regular training programs (such as immigrants or mothers on social welfare) by offering customized training at low cost.
We help individuals with a vision to start their own NGO or contribute to society in other ways, and support them in making this a reality.

Gettinvolved Foundation Projects

In 2025, we supported Pluryn in Groesbeek, a care institution for young people aged 16 and older with intellectual disabilities and behavioral challenges. In just 24 hours, with the help of many volunteers, donated materials, and generous contributions, we completely transformed the shared living room of the residence.

The impact of this project went far beyond the physical space; it touched the residents, their parents, and the dedicated professionals who work there.

This marked a meaningful start to our activities with the Gettinvolved Foundation and demonstrates what is possible when people come together around a shared vision. We look forward to building on this success with more projects and opportunities to leave our mark in 2026 and beyond.

Results of the Leadership Program (2017–2026)

In our Engage Leadership Program, participants are challenged to create social impact by raising funds for a non-profit organization of their choice. Team members are encouraged to envision the unimaginable.

As a team, they work together in their free time, applying the skills from our training programs and the support of our Gettinvolved coaches. Together, they achieve the impossible and reach the seemingly unattainable.

In every project, an amount between €7,500 and €10,000 is raised within just one month. Thanks to our partnerships with non-profit organizations, 100% of these donations are transferred directly to the bank account of the respective organization, for immediate use and maximum impact.
