WHY THE TRAJECTORY?

From Insight to Sustainable Transformation

Most leadership programs end when the weekend is over. Old habits quickly creep back in. The Engage Leadership Trajectory is specifically structured so that you don't just learn tools—you live them.

Through weekly task logs, 1-on-1 personal coaching, small group intervisie, digital learning modules, and the immersive Engage Leadership Weekend, you will integrate leadership into your personal life, career, and community.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

The 12-Week Journey in 3 Phases

PHASE 1: FOUNDATION & SELF-MASTERY

(Weeks 1 – 6)

Anchor Learnings: Integrate breakthroughs from Fundamentals into daily choices.
Identify Patterns: Track limiting beliefs and redesign actions through feedback.
Peer & Coaching Support: Group intervisie and 1-on-1 preparation for the weekend.

PHASE 2: LEADERSHIP WEEKEND & EXPANSION

(End of Week 6 – Week 8)

Engage Leadership Weekend: Immersive weekend experience for personal breakthroughs and team dynamics.
Individual Development Plan: Create your roadmap for long-term execution.
Managing Breakdowns: Master the tool to turn conflicts into breakthroughs.

PHASE 3: CONTRIBUTION & ENROLMENT

(Weeks 9 – 12)

Contribution Project: Design and execute a project that impacts your community or workplace.
Art of Enrolment: Inspire and empower others to take committed action.
Final Coaching & Next Steps: Celebrate results and explore paths like Expert in Coaching or Trainer Academy.

Program – three weekends

Personal Leadership Stage 1

The first stage focuses on acquiring personal leadership skills to deepen your learning from the Engage Fundamentals Training

Personal Leadership Stage 2

The second stage focuses on teamwork, deeper personal development, and personal leadership in life’s extreme activities

Personal Leadership Stage 3

The third stage is a three-day retreat in the countryside. It celebrates your graduation from the full Engage Program, anchoring your learnings, fostering connection, acknowledging achievements, and having fun!

This full Engage Leadership Training includes three separate training stages and ongoing one-on-one life coaching. You will receive three personal coaching sessions (one for each weekend) with a certified transformational coach from the Gettinvolved Trainings team, to work on your goals and create extraordinary results with a personal strategic plan.
